Returns or exchanges are accepted within seven days of receiving the product, provided it has not been used or benefited from. The customer is responsible for any associated costs.

Return and Exchange Procedure

2. We will provide you with the full address of Sanabel Al Shahd Food Factory for returning the products to us.
3. After verifying that the products have arrived in good condition, we will either replace the product or refund your money within a maximum of 14 days.
Customers are entitled to a return or exchange if they receive the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged or defective as a result of delivery.
We do not accept returns of products damaged due to misuse, and we reserve the right to accept returns of products that do not meet the above criteria.
